Thinking About Working With Me?

If you’ve been thinking, “Maybe I need some support... but I’m not quite sure where to start,” you’re not alone. Whether you tend to overthink every step, put your needs last, or wait for the “right moment” to finally prioritize yourself—this is your invitation to begin.

Your first step? A free, one-hour private Breakthrough Session.

What happens in this session?

This is a supportive, no-pressure space designed just for you. We’ll gently explore:
✨ Where you are right now—and what brought you here
✨ What you'd love to change or shift in your life
✨ How you're doing in the six core pillars of health and well-being (and how that impacts your energy, clarity, and creativity)
✨ What might be keeping you stuck, and how we can begin moving forward
✨ Any questions you have about coaching, my approach, or what it’s like to work together

If we both feel like there’s a good connection—and I truly believe I can help—you’ll have the option to explore a coaching path that fits you best.

You can schedule using the link below.
We can connect via Zoom, phone, or in-person if you’re in the Omaha area.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me on the yoga mat, choreographing in the dance studio, or teaching modern dance and yoga at Creighton University.

I’m also at home in nature—walking, hiking, gardening, or simply soaking up the outdoors to reset my mind, body, and spirit. I love cooking, writing, and traveling when the chance arises, always finding inspiration in the quiet moments and creative spaces.

I’m a licensed massage therapist, certified yoga teacher, and a master’s-trained wellness coach. I earned my BFA from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and my MS in Integrative Health and Wellness from Creighton University. My approach blends movement, mindfulness, and whole-person wellness.

At home, I’m a proud mom to two incredible teenagers, the caretaker of four quirky cats, and a foster mom with Felius Cat Rescue. Life is full—and I love weaving together the beauty of healing, creativity, and connection in everything I do.
